What Is the Saudi Business Visit Visa?

A Saudi Business Visit Visa allows an applicant invited by a Saudi-registered company or government authority to enter the Kingdom for short-term, non-employment business activities.

The visa is intended for professionals, entrepreneurs, consultants, engineers and corporate executives travelling for meetings, events and site visits, not for paid employment in Saudi Arabia.

Who Can Apply for a Saudi Business Visit Visa from Peru?

Peruvian citizens with an official business invitation from a Saudi-registered company or government authority can apply. The invitation must be approved by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

Foreign residents of Peru can also apply if they legally reside in Peru with a valid residence permit and hold a MOFA-approved invitation.
