Who we share it with: Saudi authorities, embassies and visa centres, your sponsor or employer, and trusted providers such as attestation offices, couriers and payment processors. Your data is transferred to Saudi Arabia for processing.

How long we keep it: only as long as needed for your application and legal records, then we delete it securely.

Your rights: you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@tasheeraservices.com

Fees and refunds: our fees are confirmed in writing before we start. Government and third-party fees are separate and non-refundable. Fees for work already done are not refundable, including if a visa is refused.

Liability: Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for decisions or delays by authorities, sponsors, couriers or other third parties.
