Saudi Work Visa for Pakistani Citizens and Residents

Saudi Work Visa from Pakistan

A Saudi Work Visa is a long-term employment visa that allows you to live and work legally in Saudi Arabia under a registered Saudi employer. After arrival, the employer processes your residence permit, known as an Iqama. The visa is intended for skilled professionals contributing to Saudi companies and projects. This includes engineers, healthcare practitioners, IT experts, technicians and consultants, as well as employees in long-term corporate roles or specialised assignments.

Who Can Apply for a Saudi Work Visa from Pakistan?

Pakistani citizens with a formal employment offer from a Saudi organisation can apply. A Saudi-registered company or government entity must sponsor you and obtain the approved work authorisation. Foreign residents of Pakistan can also apply if they hold a valid Pakistani residence permit, visa or NADRA registration and have a confirmed Saudi job offer.

A confirmed job offer and employer sponsorship are mandatory. Pakistani citizenship or residency alone does not qualify you for a Saudi Work Visa.
