The Saudi Family Visa is authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and finalized at the Saudi Embassy in Copenhagen.
Applicants may choose between two categories:

Family Visit Visa – For short-term visits to relatives in Saudi Arabia.
Family Residence Visa – For dependents joining a Saudi resident or citizen for long-term residence.

In both cases, an official sponsorship from a Saudi citizen or Iqama holder is required

Who Can Apply from Denmark

Danish Citizens

Danish nationals can apply for a Saudi Family Visa if their immediate family member — such as a spouse, parent, or child — resides in Saudi Arabia under a valid Iqama or holds Saudi nationality.

Foreign Residents in Denmark

Foreign residents living in Denmark with a valid residence permit are also eligible to apply, provided their family member in Saudi Arabia is authorized to sponsor dependents or visitors.
