Who Can Apply for a Saudi Family Visa from the Netherlands?
Dutch Citizens
Dutch nationals can apply if their immediate family member (a spouse, parent or child) lives in Saudi Arabia under a valid Iqama or holds Saudi nationality.
Foreign Residents in the Netherlands
Foreign nationals legally resident in the Netherlands can also apply, provided their family member in Saudi Arabia is authorised to sponsor dependents or visitors.
