- Original Passport – With at least 6 – 12 months validity
- 2 x Passport size photos with white background
- MOFA-approved family visit authorization issued by the Saudi sponsor
- Copy of the sponsor’s Saudi ID / Iqama and sponsor’s Passport
- Proof of relationship (marriage or birth certificate)
- Kuwaiti residence permit (Civil ID) copy.
- Medical report (for residence visa applicants)
